Salzburg Forum in Dubrovnik – Accreditation of Media Representatives
Non-accredited media representative shall not be allowed access to the Ministerial Conference.
Within the framework of the Croatian Salzburg Forum Presidency, a Ministerial Conference will be held in Dubrovnik, on 13 and 14 June 2016. The Conference will focus on current issues and topics of extreme importance for European and international security in the area of regular and irregular migration and asylum, challenges related to border management at European and regional level and similar.
The Conference will gather ministers of the interior of the Salzburg Forum Member States and countries of the Group of Friends, as well as the representatives of European institutions and agencies, international organisations and partners. A strategic framework for action until the end of 2016 will be adopted at the Conference together with a Joint Declaration which will contain guidelines for further action and dialogue in the field of internal affairs.
The Conference will be held at the Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera Hotel, Mlini, Šetalište dr. Franje Tuđmana 17. The media presence is foreseen for 9.00 a.m., when they will be able to record the conference/meeting room and a few introductory words.
All media representatives need an accreditation. Hence, you are requested to send the following information:
- the name of your publishing/media company
- the first name and surname of a journalist/cameraman/photographer/sound man
- PIN
- e-mail address
The said information shall be delivered no later than 10.00 a.m.on 10 June to the following e-mail addresses: dubrovacko-neretvanska@policija.hr and policija@mup.hr.
The accreditations shall be collected at the Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera Hotel, on 14 June from 8.30 a.m. to 9.00 a.m.
That same day, 14 June, at 13.40 hours, a press conference will be held at the Revelin Fortress. Due to security protocols, all accredited media representatives have to arrive no later than 13.00 hours.
Non-accredited media representative shall not be allowed access to the Ministerial Conference.
